Once a digital download link has been generated or access to our secure data repository (S3/Cloud) has been granted, the product is considered “consumed.” Unlike physical goods, digital data cannot be “returned,” and as such, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges.

3. Technical Issues & Delivery
If you encounter any issues with the download process or if a file appears to be corrupted, our support team is committed to resolving it.
- We will provide alternative download mirrors or split-archive files if you have difficulty handling the large file sizes (e.g., the 2.9B Subdomain list).
- Technical delivery issues do not constitute grounds for a refund, but they do qualify for priority technical support until the data is successfully delivered.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
By purchasing from hevar.co.uk, you acknowledge and agree to this No-Refund Policy. Any fraudulent chargebacks or “item not received” claims filed despite successful delivery logs will be contested with full documentation of the digital delivery and IP logs.
